"Live" here means live relative to publication, not to the trade. SEC Form 4 filings appear within two business days of a transaction, but Congressional Periodic Transaction Reports may be filed up to 45 days after the fact — so a Congressional entry in this feed is new information about an old trade. No product can change that.
