Congressional stock trading disclosures
Every securities transaction over $1,000 made by a member of the US House or Senate must be publicly disclosed within 45 days under the STOCK Act of 2012. This page is that data, parsed from the House Clerk's Financial Disclosure portal and the Senate's electronic filing system, with issuer names resolved to tickers and amendments reconciled.
Filings report amounts as ranges rather than exact values, and trades by a member's spouse or dependent children are filed under the member's own name. We preserve the owner field so you can tell which is which, and flag filings noting that an adviser traded with full discretion.
- Filterable by member, ticker, transaction type and disclosed amount band.
- Both the transaction date and the filing date, so you can see each member's actual reporting lag.
- Performance measured from the disclosed transaction price, which is the filer's result rather than a follower's — see our methodology for why the difference matters.
