Institutional holdings and 13F filings

Institutional managers with at least $100 million in qualifying US equity assets must report their long positions quarterly on SEC Form 13F, due 45 days after quarter end. This page tracks those positions and how they change from quarter to quarter.

A 13F is a single-date snapshot of one slice of a portfolio. It excludes short positions, bonds, cash, commodities and foreign-listed shares, and gives no denominator for the fund's total capital — so it can tell you what a manager held, never what their actual bet was. Intra-quarter round trips are invisible.
